MAKING GREEK YOGHURT
Place the STRAINER into the LARGE
STRAINING CONTAINER.
Remove the
SMALL CONTAINER from
the refrigerator and pour the contents
into the
LARGE STRAINING CONTAINER/
STRAINER.
Place the
CONTAINER COVER on top of
the
LARGE STRAINING CONTAINER and
place this back into the refrigerator for
approximately 6 hours.
In the meantime, thoroughly wash the
SMALL CONTAINER ready for use in the
next step.
After 6 hours in the refrigerator, remove
the
STRAINER and empty the Greek
yoghurt into the
SMALL CONTAINER.
Stir well before placing the
CONTAINER
COVER on top and placing back into the
refrigerator for a further hour or so.

When you are ready to enjoy your plain or Greek style yoghurt, feel free to add some flavoured toppings
such as honey, fruit or jams.
NOTE: Always add flavourings AFTER the fermenting process as doing this during will significantly alter
the overall taste.
