  If your Vornado Commercial Fabric Steamer isn't turning on, first, ensure the power switch is pressed and illuminated red. Check that the steamer is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, verify that the circuit breaker or fuse isn't blown, and the steamer is the only appliance on that circuit. If the unit has overheated, causing the over-temp fuse to blow, you should contact Consumer Service for repair.

  If your Vornado Commercial Fabric Steamer isn't emitting steam or the steam output is weak, ensure the water tank is filled with water. Mineral build-up could also be the issue, requiring cleaning—refer to CLEANING on page 11. Additionally, check the steam hose for kinks and lift the fabric nozzle to remove any bends.
