This document is an installation, cleaning, and maintenance manual for a VOXORT shower system, specifically the Zenon model. It provides instructions in Croatian, Slovenian, and English.
Function Description:
The VOXORT Zenon shower system is designed to provide a complete showering experience. It includes a mixer body, an outlet pipe with a shower rose (overhead shower), and a hand-held shower with a hose. The system allows users to adjust the height of the overhead shower and provides control over water flow and temperature through the mixer.
Important Technical Specifications:
- Working Pressure: The recommended working pressure for the pipeline is between 0.05 MPa and 0.7 MPa. The optimal working pressure for the shower set itself is between 0.2 MPa and 0.5 MPa.
- Installation Distance: The internal thread pipe fittings (G1/20" or G1/2") should be installed horizontally in the wall with a distance of 150 mm (+/- 14 mm between the holes). The wall connection should not protrude from the wall.
- Ambient Temperature: The shower system should not be installed in rooms where the ambient temperature is 0°C or below, as low temperatures can deform the mixer body and cause parts to crack.
- Drill Bit Size: A 6mm drill bit is recommended for drilling holes in the wall for mounting.
Usage Features:
- Adjustable Height: The outlet pipe (straight rod) and overhead shower can be adjusted to the desired height during installation, catering to different user preferences.
- Hand-held Shower: The system includes a hand-held shower connected via a hose, offering flexibility and convenience for targeted washing.
- Mixer Control: The main mixer body allows users to control the water flow and temperature.
- Easy Installation: The manual provides a step-by-step guide for installation, including the use of a template for accurate hole spacing and a level for horizontal alignment. An Allen key (imbus ključ) is used for securing certain components.
Maintenance Features:
- Regular Cleaning: To ensure the faucet remains clean and bright, regular cleaning is recommended.
- Cleaning Agents: Only mild detergents and a soft cotton cloth should be used for cleaning.
- Prohibited Cleaning Agents: Abrasive cleaners, abrasive cloths, and any cleaning agents with acidic properties should not be used, as they can damage the surface of the shower system.
- Pre-installation Flushing: Before installation, it is crucial to flush the inside of the water supply lines to prevent clogging and ensure proper water outlet function.
- Leak Checks: After installation, all connections should be carefully checked for any water leaks to address them promptly.
- Gasket Seals: Rubber gasket seals must be placed between connectors (e.g., between the shower hose and the mixer body, and between the hose and the hand-held shower) to prevent leaks.
- Waste Disposal: Scrapped products must be disposed of in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Pre-installation Inspection: Before mounting, the water supply lines should be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
