Summary

Strength Exercises

Overhead Press

Press straight up until arms are fully extended, then slowly return to starting position. Repeat 8-15 times.

Lateral Raises

Raise arms to the sides with elbows straight, from palms down position. Repeat as instructed.

Chest Press

Press cables straight out from shoulder level until arms are fully extended, then slowly return.

Incline Press

Press cables forward and upward at a 45-degree angle until arms are fully extended, then return.

Bent Row

Pull lower cable straight up towards chest, keeping elbow pointed up. Support with hand/knee on chair.

Front Raises

Pull cables straight forward as high as possible, keeping arms straight, then slowly return.

Ab Crunch

Bend forward from chest, pulling handles together, then return slowly to starting position.

Bicep Curl

Bend elbows and pull arms up, keeping palms facing up and wrists locked.

Tricep Extension

Extend arms upwards from bent position, keeping elbows stationary and pointed upward.

Front Step

Step up onto chair platform with alternating feet, then step down. Repeat 8-15 times per leg.

Knee Raise

Step onto chair platform with one foot, then kick opposite knee up. Return and repeat.

Side Step

Stand sideways on platform, raise one leg to the side, then return. Repeat with other leg/direction.

Knee Bend

Bend knees and squat down while keeping upper body upright. Return to standing. Repeat 8-15 times.
