12. Common cure for electronic equipment.
• If the telephone is not responding normally,
put the cordless handset in the handset
charger. If it does not fix the problem, try
the following (in the order listed):
A. Disconnect the power to the telephone
base.
B. Disconnect the battery on the cordless
handset.
C. Wait a few minutes before connecting
power to the telephone base.
D. Install the battery again and then place
the cordless handset in the handset
charger.
E. Wait for the cordless handset to
synchronise with the telephone base.
Allow up to one minute for this to take
place.
