This toy is part of VTech's Pre-School range, aimed at developing imagination and encouraging language development in children aged 3-6 years, though its educational content can also cater to younger children (birth-36 months) for basic sensory and cause-and-effect learning, and older children (4-10 years) for curriculum-related learning.

Function Description:

The Playtime Bus offers a multi-faceted learning experience through various interactive elements and play modes. At its core, the bus features a set of Letter Buttons (a-z) and Number Buttons (1-10) that are central to its educational activities. When pressed, the Letter Buttons teach phonic sounds, letter names, and associated vocabulary, while also producing fun sounds. The Number Buttons introduce numbers and their order, and can also be used to compose music.

The toy includes a Mode Selector slide switch, allowing children to choose between different game modes:

• Phonics Explore: In this mode, pressing any Letter Button introduces the phonic sound, letter name, and a corresponding vocabulary word, along with fun sounds.
• Number Fun: This mode focuses on number recognition and order. Pressing any Number Button teaches the number and its sequence.
