Installation Guide

Prepare Cintiq Pro for Installation

Place Cintiq Pro face down on a soft surface and remove the plastic cover.

Route and Connect Cables

Route all necessary cables through grommet holes and connect them to the Cintiq Pro.

Install Cintiq Pro Engine (Optional)

Install the Cintiq Pro Engine onto the Cintiq Pro before routing cables.

Optional Monitor Rotation Lock

Insert stop screw to lock portrait or landscape monitor rotation.

Secure Cable Outlet

Remove the cable outlet cover and close the plastic cover.

Attach Mounting Bracket

Place the bracket and insert screws. Use 4 screws for Cintiq Pro 24, 6 for Cintiq Pro 32.

Mounting Surface Strength Requirement

Ensure mounting surface is strong enough to handle product and equipment. Wood surface recommended 25mm thick.

Operation and Adjustments

Desk Edge Rotation Caution

Do not rotate Cintiq Pro past the rear desk edge to avoid instability, damage, or injury.

Handle Large Product Safely

Cintiq Pro is large. Use additional help for safe handling to avoid damage or injury.

Adjusting Lift Strength

Adjust lift strength to ensure smooth movement and proper positioning based on load weight.

Adjusting Friction

Adjust friction to control movement ease, ensuring smooth operation without slippage.
