3. Mounting
• Screw the quick-release plate to the holder of the spotting scope.
• Secure the quick-release plate to the accompanying tripod head. Check that your
quick-release plate is rmly and securely in place.
• Remove the protective cap in front of the lenses.
• Depending on the model, the zoom, focus and sharpness can be adjusted.
4. Removal
• Cover all lenses with the protective caps provided.
• Remove the spotting scope with the quick-release plate from the tripod head.
• Screw the quick-release plate of the holder on to the spotting scope.
• Pack away your spotting scope in the carry bag provided and in the original
packaging.
5. Care and maintenance
The spotting scope should stay closed when not in use. For cleaning, please use a
micro cloth to avoid scratches. Store your lens in a cool, dry place when not in use.
