Why Walinga Blower has lack of oil pressure and poor performance?

If the Walinga Blower has a lack of oil pressure on the force feed units and demonstrates poor performance, the suction screen might be dirty, so you should clean it. There could also be a restricted inlet or a downstream restriction; remove whatever is causing the restriction. An excessive air to product ratio could also be the cause; reduce the air intake. Another potential issue is air leakage, so check and repair any faulty seals. Insufficient blower speed may also be the problem; increase the speed to the proper RPM. Finally, excessive impeller clearance could be the cause; check the clearances and replace any worn components.
