E01 No communication
when using the
remote control
1. Check for loose or damaged
communications lines.
2. Check the batteries on the remote control.
E03 Overvoltage
protection
1. Check the voltage on the power supply.
2. Check the batteries on the remote control.
E04 Overcurrent
protection
1 Check for overload.
2. Check if any mechanical parts are stuck.
3. Check if more Silicone Oil is required. If
there is a lack of oil, the friction between
the running belt and the running plate will
increase.
4. Check the running plate for serious wear.
5. Check the running belt for serious wear.
6. Check the batteries on the remote control.
E05 Overload
protection
1. Check for overload.
2. Check if any mechanical parts are stuck.

E013 IGBT Short circuit 1. Check if the machine has strong
interference signals.
2. Check the batteries on the remote control.
E014 Load Short 1. Check if there is a foreign object in the
controller output that leads to a short circuit.
safe Security lock off 1. Check if the security lock is in place and
safety switch is in position.
2. Check the safety lock and the magnetic
ring is still intact.
