4.11.2 REMOVING FROM STORAGE
When removing from storage and preparing to use, fol-
low this procedure:
1. Clear the area of bystanders, especially small chil-
dren and remove foreign objects from the machine
and work area.
2. Attach the tractor to the backhoe by following the
procedure in Section 4.8.
3. Check
a. Oil level in optional reservoir. Add as required.
b. All hardware. Tighten as required.
c. All hydraulic lines, fi ttings and connections.
Tighten as required.
4. Lubricate all grease fi ttings.
5. Remove grease from cylinder rams.
6. Replace any defective parts.
7. Go through the pre-operation checklist (section 4.4)
before using.
