How to troubleshoot a Warn HUB Receiver that is not operating?
    • B
      bondlindsayJul 28, 2025
If your Warn Receiver-controlled winch isn't working, there could be a few reasons. First, ensure the vehicle is turned on and that all wiring connections (contactor, control pack, and ground wire) are correctly connected and secure. Also, check the vehicle battery connections. If applicable, confirm the winch remote plug is properly connected. Another potential cause is the connection between the HUB App and HUB Receiver. Verify the HUB Receiver’s LED is green.

What to do if Warn HUB will not pair or connect?
    • J
      Johnny CraigAug 7, 2025
If your Warn Receiver isn't pairing or connecting, several factors could be at play. Ensure your smart device is within range of the receiver. Interference from other devices can also be a problem, so disconnect from other Bluetooth devices. Verify that Bluetooth is turned on in your smart device. A disrupted pairing may require you to reset the receiver and repair the connection. Also, make sure the app is open and that no other smart devices are connected to the receiver. Finally, confirm that the vehicle power is on and the HUB receiver is plugged into the winch remote socket.

Why does my Warn HUB Receiver have intermittent operation?
    • J
      Justin GreenAug 17, 2025
Intermittent operation of your Warn Receiver can stem from several causes. A poor signal may be the issue, so try getting closer, relocating the receiver away from obstructions like batteries or engines, maintaining a line of sight to the vehicle with the receiver, and avoiding sources of radio interference such as power lines or other radios. Low battery voltage can also cause this, so allow the vehicle to charge before using and check battery connections. Note that the WARN HUB receiver is not designed for continuous use with some legacy solenoid control packs. Overheating of the HUB can also lead to intermittent operation; if this is the case, move the HUB to a cooler location on the vehicle.
