What to do if there is high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in Water Right Water System product water?
    • D
      David LandryAug 20, 2025
If you're noticing high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the product water of your Water Right Water System, several factors could be contributing. Ensure that the product water and drain water lines are not reversed by checking and correcting the plumbing. A clogged drain restrictor or a plugged drain orifice in the dispensing faucet can also cause this issue; clear or replace these components as needed. If the ASO valve is not closing properly, it should be repaired or its components replaced. A new activated carbon module or in-line post filter that hasn't been completely rinsed can also elevate TDS levels; flush the system with several full tanks of product water. Finally, an increase in the feed water TDS will naturally lead to a corresponding increase in the product water TDS.

How to eliminate tastes and odors in Water Right Water System product water?
    • A
      awelchAug 22, 2025
If your Water Right Water System's product water has unpleasant tastes and odors, it could be due to a few reasons. The activated carbon module or in-line post filter may be exhausted and need replacement. Foreign matter in the holding tank can also cause this issue; clean, flush, and sanitize the system, and replace the filters. Ensure the product water and drain water lines are correctly plumbed, as reversed lines can introduce contaminants. Dissolved gasses in the feed water may also contribute to the problem, requiring pretreatment of the feed water to remove these gasses. An increase in product water TDS may also cause tastes and odors.

What to do if drain water overflows at the Water Right Water System dispensing faucet?
    • B
      Brittney GrayAug 30, 2025
If drain water is overflowing at the dispensing faucet of your Water Right Water System, several issues could be the cause. Check for a blocked air gap and clear it. Inspect the drain tubing for clogs and clear any obstructions. Ensure the drain clamp hole is properly aligned with the hole in the drain pipe. If the drain flow rate is excessive, consider replacing the drain restrictor.

Why is the amber light on the Water Right Water System Water Quality Monitor on?
    • C
      Christine RobinsonSep 1, 2025
If the amber light is illuminated on your Water Right Water System's Water Quality Monitor, it could indicate a couple of issues. If the system hasn't been used for an extended period, empty the storage tank, wait 15 minutes while the system makes water, and then test the water quality again. Alternatively, the filters may be plugged, or the membrane may be fouled or exhausted, requiring replacement of the filters and/or membrane.

How to fix high total dissolved solids (TDS) in the product water of my Water Right Water Filtration Systems?
    • L
      Lisa ShermanSep 5, 2025
If you're experiencing high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the product water, consider the following: * The Sediment/Carbon Module or Activated Carbon Module may be clogged. Replace the Modules. * Low Water Pressure: Feed Water Pressure must be above 40 psig. * Check Feed Water Saddle Valve. * The R.O. Membrane O–ring may be crimped. Check the O–ring. * The R.O. Membrane brine seal may not be sealing up into the manifold head. Check the brine seal. * The R.O. Membrane may be expended. If Membrane life is unusually short, find and correct the problem. Replace Membrane.

What to do if I see drain water overflowing at the air gap faucet of my Water Right Water Filtration Systems?
    • B
      Barry ValenzuelaSep 9, 2025
If drain water is overflowing at the Air Gap Faucet, here are some possible causes and solutions: * The Air Gap may be blocked. Clear the Air Gap. * Rinse with vinegar for removal of calcium buildup. * The drain tubing may be clogged. Clear the tubing. * The Drain Clamp hole may be misaligned. Align it with the hole in the drain pipe. * There may be an excessive drain flow rate. Replace the Drain Restrictor.

How to resolve high total dissolved solids (TDS) in the product water (continued) of my Water Right ECLIPSE WRO-35 Water Filtration Systems?
    • A
      Angela JamesSep 12, 2025
To address continued high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the product water: * The Product Water and Drain Water lines may be reversed. Correct the plumbing. * If there's no drain flow, the Drain Restrictor may be clogged. Clear or replace the Drain Restrictor. * If there's no drain flow, the drain orifice in the Air Gap Faucet may be plugged. Clear or replace the Air Gap Faucet. * The ASO Valve may not be closing. Repair or replace the ASO Valve Components. * A new Activated Carbon Post Filter may not be rinsed completely. Flush with several full tanks of Product Water. * The Feed Water TDS may have increased. An increase in Feed Water TDS will give a corresponding increase in Product Water TDS.

What causes faucet leaks or drips in Water Right ECLIPSE WRO-35 and how can I fix them?
    • J
      james37Sep 13, 2025
If your faucet is leaking or dripping, here are some potential causes and solutions: * Leaks from the spout can be adjusted by turning the tee bar just below the handle to provide a small amount of free play in the handle when shut off. * If there are leaks from the base of the delivery tube, the O–ring is likely bad; replace the O–ring. * If there are leaks from beneath the handle, the O–rings are likely bad. Repair or replace the faucet. * O–rings are bad, repair or replace faucet.
