LIMITED WARRANTY
Water, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period
of twelve months after purchase.
This warranty is valid for EverHot LVH models, providing the unit has been properly installed, and
has not been removed prior to receiving authorization from Water, Inc. To obtain authorization,
call the Water, Inc. Service Department at (800) 322-9283, extension 112 or 115.

If this warranty applies, Water, Inc., at its sole option, will either repair or replace
this product. YOU MUST PRESENT PROOF OF THE DATE ON WHICH
THIS PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED, SUCH AS A DATED SALES
RECEIPT, TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN
IMPROPERLY INSTALLED* OR MODIFIED OR DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT,
MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR OR POOR WATER QUALITY. WARRANTY
DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED
DEALERS. SEE YELLOW SHEET FOR DETAILS.
WELL WATER/PROBLEM WATER: For use on well water and/or problem water, a water filter is
required to avoid voiding the warranty.
WATER PRESSURE: Read water pressure warning at the bottom of this page.
COMPATIBLE FAUCET: If you have bought an EverHot tank only, you must call our service
department to confirm the existing faucet is compatible with our hot tank. Using a faucet that is not
compatible with our EverHot tank will VOID the warranty.
* Please read and follow the EverHot Installation Instructions. If you are missing your EverHot Installation Instructions, call our
office or visit waterinc.com and click on “installation instructions and manuals”.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No
employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Water,
Inc.
