Distiller will produce any amount up to 1 gallon per batch. If less than 1
gallon is wanted, fi ll kettle with desired amount. Distiller will automati-
cally shut off when no water remains in kettle.

Setting the Time Display
Hours
To move the hours forward by one hour, press the “Hour” button quickly
once. To fast-forward the time, press for at least one second. After comple-
tion, the time display will blink for another fi ve seconds before the time is
fi nally set.
