What to do if my Wayne WSS30Vn won't start?
    • W
      williamsjamesAug 2, 2025
If your Wayne Power Pump won't start, several factors could be at play. It might be due to a low water level, in which case ensure the water is at the appropriate level to activate the switch. Another reason might be a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker; if this is the case, determine the cause, and then replace the fuse with the correct size or reset the breaker. A low supply voltage could also be the culprit, and you may need to contact an electrician. Other possible solutions include replacing the pump or unit if the switch is broken, removing any debris, or removing any obstruction to ensure free motion of the switch.

Why does my Wayne Power Pump start and stop too often?
    • B
      bharmonAug 18, 2025
If your Wayne Power Pump starts and stops too often, it could be due to back-flow of water from the discharge pipe. In that case, install a check valve. Another possible reason is a broken switch, so replace the unit if the switch is broken. Also, remove and examine the check valve for proper installation and free operation, and replace it if necessary.
