The or symbol only appears when the heater / vehicle fan is operating.

Please note: The displayed temperature refers to the temperature inside the

vehicle close to the location where the temperature sensor is installed.

In addition, major temperature fluctuations may result in the actual temperature

at the temperature sensor only being displayed after a delay.
