WE 248 is a light, precise, highly flexible and user-friendly product designed for carving,
engraving, routing, grinding, sharpening, sanding, polishing, drilling and similar tasks.

OPERATION
To load a bit:
1. Turn off and unplug the device.
2. Press the shaft lock button.
[Collet]
Press and hold the shaft lock button.
Use the collet wrench to loosen the collet nut.
Insert the bit. (not included)
Tighten the collet securely.
! avoid excessive tightening of the nut.
Usage:
1. Grasp the device like a pen.
2. There is a switch indicator with an orange line on it. Slide the switch to find the speed
needed
from 3,000 to 28,000 RPM. For a complete stop, be sure to slide the switch to the black dot.
3. Gently touch the piece being worked on, letting the tool to do the work. Keep hands and
fingers away from the rotating bit. The tool operates at speeds up to 28,000 revolutions per
minute, only holding and guiding are required. Do not apply excessive pressure to the device.
4. Slower speeds are recommended for polishing operation. Higher speeds are better for
carving, drilling, cutting, routing and shaping. Hardwoods, metals and glass usually require
