Notes and precautions

Radiofrequency treatments must not extend over a
long period of time. The recommended duration is 10
minutes for facial treatments and 20 minutes for body
treatments. In any case, treatments extend beyond 60
minutes.
• To avoid burning to the customer, never forget to put
this plate in contact with the skin.
• Apply the electrodes on the customer’s skin making
constantly circles, without stopping of making
movements. Not keep the electrode without moving at
the same zone during a long period of time, the
customer could be burned.
• Don’t forget to apply gel or cream in the treatment
zone.

Secondary effects and
contraindications
The secondary effects of the radiofrequency are:
• Redness and swelling after the session (are
transient, but usually present).
• Some small ecchymosis (rare).
The radiofrequency treatment is contraindicated in:
• Pregnancy and lactation.
• Metal prostheses or pacemakers.
• Serious heart defects.
• Coagulation disorders.
• Connective tissue diseases and neuromuscular.
• Cancer.
• Patients with overweight.
• Recent collagen implants.
