Check the back-up washers for deformation, corrosion and wear even if you are only
replacing the seals.
Î
Replace the complete main seal set if the back-up washers are deformed, corroded
or worn.
Î
Always replace the retaining ring when replacing the main seal.
- The TW01 main seal set for threaded applications contains the polyurethane main
seal(s) (Pos. 8), back-up washer(s), a retaining ring, a NBR front seal (Pos. 7) and a
seal mount for the front seal.
