2 Setting the blade:
Lever B is pointing towards symbol G; circular cut is
selected. Select the blade position for longitudinal or
circular cut.
3 Open the clamping jaws.
Place tool over the cable.
4 Setting the depth of cut
Caution: Avoid cutting into the inner cables at all
costs.
5 Setting the depth of cut
Pull adjustment C dial in direction of arrow, turn and
release. The adjustment dial engages due to force of
spring.
6 Set the tool to circular cut (see figure 2) and turn the
tool around the cable.
7 Set the tool to longitudinal cut (see figure 2) and pull in
longitudinal direction along cable.
8 Cut open the insulation with the help of the sharp
edges.
9 Changing the blade
Open the clamping jaws A fully.
Pull out the pin in the direction of arrow.
9.1 Remove blade head assembly in direction of arrow.
