Step 2 – Wheel Assembly
1. On the left side of the axle install parts in the following order: short axle sleeve (#17), wheel (#18),
flat washer (#11) and secure with the cotter pin (#19).
2. On the right side of the axle install parts in the following order: long axle sleeve (#13), wheel (#18),
flat washer (#11) and secure with the cotter pin (#19).
Step 3 – Front Support Leg
1. Rotate the front support leg up and secure with front leg pin set (#27).
