CLEANING & STERILIZATION
The 767 SureTemp 4™ housings may be cleaned with a cloth
dampened with alcohol, warm water, or a nonstaining disin-
fectant such as Sporicidin® Spray and Towelettes or
MetriSpray™. Care should be taken not to scratch the LCD
faceplate. Low temperature Ethylene Oxide (ETO) steriliza-
tion of Oral or Rectal probes is to be used only when absolutely
necessary. The procedure for ETO sterilization is described
in the 767 SureTemp 4 Technical Service Manual and is
available from Customer Service.
