Why is the Well UPS backup time so short when power fails?

If your Well UPS backup time is shorter than expected during a power outage, there could be several reasons. First, the UPS might be overloaded, so try removing some non-critical devices. Second, the battery voltage might be too low; in this case, charge the UPS for at least 8 hours. Finally, the battery itself could be defective due to high temperature or improper operation. If you suspect a defective battery, replace it with one of the same type.
