  If your Wellness Plumbing Product sauna doesn’t power on, first ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the power socket and the control box located on top of the sauna. Also, check that the breaker hasn't tripped. Verify the control panel white ribbon wire is securely connected. Finally, test the power socket by plugging in another device to confirm it's working.

What to do if all heaters are not working in my Wellness 10 Series Plumbing Product?

  If all the heaters in your Wellness Plumbing Product are not working, ensure that the heater plugs are securely connected to the control box on top of the sauna. Verify that the sauna is connected to the recommended power supply and that the heat sensor is securely connected.

Why are some heaters not working in my Wellness 10 Series?

  If one or a few heaters are not working in your Wellness Plumbing Product, first ensure that the heater plugs are securely connected to the control box on top of the sauna, and that the heater plugs under the bench are also securely connected. Check the plug behind the heater is connected securely (you would need to unscrew the heater). Note that the floor heater and under-bench heater are designed to not be as hot as other heaters.
