Before you report a fault, check the following solutions.
The device does not start.
• Check that the power cord is connected correctly.
• Check the control panel for an error.
The air conditioner does not
cool / heat.
• Check that the air exhaust pipe is correctly
connected and led outside the room.
• Make sure the air exhaust pipe is connected to the
correct outlet. In cooling mode, it should be
connected to the hot air outlet. In heating mode, it
should be connected to the cold air outlet.
• Change the temperature setting of the air
conditioner to a lower temperature in cooling mode
and a higher temperature setting in heating mode.
• After starting / changing the mode, wait 3.5 minutes
for the air conditioner compressor to start.
The device is louder than usual.
• Check the cleanliness of the filter. Clean it if
necessary.
• Check that the device is placed on an even and
stable surface.
• A possible cause is the unit compressor starting.
If the problem is not resolved, contact your device dealer.
