Errors are displayed on the device control panel.
• Temperature sensor and circuit board are short-
circuited. Please contact the seller.
• There is a short circuit in the copper tube and the
circuit board wiring. Please contact the seller.
• To clear this error, remove the rubber plug from the
bottom drain hole and connect the drain pipe to it.
After removing the water, restart the machine.
Question: Can I use the air conditioner right out of the box?
Answer: This is highly not recommended. The air conditioner must stand upright for 8 to 12
hours before initial start-up. This prevents damage to the compressor.
Q: Why doesn't the air conditioner lower the temperature?
A: Make sure all doors and windows of the cooled room are closed. On sunny days, run the
air conditioner early to prevent the room from heating up. It is also recommended to remove
all heat sources from the room.
Q: Does the discharge pipe have to go outside?
A: Yes, this is necessary in both heating and cooling modes. The air conditioner uses a tube
to expel cold air to the outside in heating mode and hot air in cooling mode. Without the
tube exposed, the air conditioner will eject both hot and cold air into the room without
changing the room temperature. The air conditioner can operate without the pipe
connected only in dehumidify mode.
