Q: How is the condensate drained?
A: During cooling operation, most of the condensation water is discharged to the outside
as steam along with the warm air. The remainder is collected in the device's reservoir. When
the tank is full, the air conditioner will display error E4. In this case, remove the rubber plug
from the lower condensate drain hole and connect the drain pipe to it. After removing the
water, restart the machine.
Before operating the air conditioner in heat or dry mode, remove the rubber plug from the
upper drain hole and connect the drain pipe to it. The condensate will be drained
continuously through this tube.
Q: Do I need to add refrigerant?
A: There is no need to refill the refrigerant in the unit. The air conditioner's refrigeration
system is extremely tight and even after several years, the amount of refrigerant will not
decrease noticeably.
Q: Do I need to perform maintenance on the unit?
A: We recommend inspecting the unit before each summer season to maintain peak product
performance.
Q: Is it possible to connect the discharge pipe to the ventilation grille?
A: Do not use this connection. It will drastically reduce the performance of the air conditioner
and may cause damage to the air conditioner.
