  Several factors could prevent your WEN POWER Engine from starting. It could be fuel-related, such as an empty tank, a closed fuel valve, the choke not being in the CHOKE position, using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol, old or low-quality gasoline, an unprimed carburetor, dirty fuel passageways, a stuck carburetor needle, too much fuel in the chamber, or a clogged fuel filter. Alternatively, it could be ignition-related, such as a disconnected spark plug cap, a wet or dirty spark plug, an incorrect spark plug gap, a broken spark plug cap, or incorrect spark timing. To troubleshoot, first fill the fuel tank, open the fuel valve, and move the choke to the CHOKE position.
