This device is designed for efficient application of various water-soluble chemicals, including fertilizers, pesticides, and cleaning products.

Function Description:

The Shower MAX is a versatile sprayer that can be configured in two primary ways: as a rolling sprayer with a trolley or as a backpack sprayer. It is powered by a 7.2V lithium-ion battery, which significantly enhances efficiency compared to manual sprayers, offering 2-3 times greater efficiency. The sprayer operates by drawing liquid from a 4-gallon tank through a coiled hose to a spray gun, allowing for controlled application of solutions. It features an ON/OFF switch on the spray gun and allows for the attachment of different nozzles or an extension wand to suit various spraying needs. The device is designed for continuous operation for up to 2 hours on a single charge and can spray over 7 gallons of liquid at a distance of up to 15 feet.

Rolling Sprayer Assembly:
1. Remove nuts and bolts (8) or screws from the intake filter (11) inside the tank.
2. Insert the trolley handle bar (13) into the trolley base (14), securing it with a nut and bolt (8) at the desired height.
3. Slide the trolley holster (2) onto the handle bar and tighten its screw to secure it.
4. Attach the trolley handle (5) to the top of the handle bar using the remaining nut and bolt (8) and tighten the knob attachment.
5. Place the sprayer tank (4) onto the trolley base (14) and secure it by screwing the knob on the back of the trolley into the tank.
Backpack Sprayer Assembly:
1. Remove nuts and bolts or screws (8) from the intake filter (11) inside the tank and store them safely.
2. Attach the metal clips of the backpack straps (10) to the bottom loops on the sprayer tank.
3. Thread the top of the straps through the top loops of the sprayer tank and through the buckles, then tug to ensure security.
4. Place the backpack holster (3) over the tank outlet hole and screw the cap back on.
Preparing to Spray:
1. Fully charge the battery before first use.
2. Prepare the desired solution in a separate container according to manufacturer instructions.
3. Open the tank cap, pour the solution through the intake filter (11), and securely tighten the tank cap (9).
4. Attach the coiled hose (7) to the spray gun (1) at the end with the ON/OFF switch, and clip the other end to the tank cap (9), ensuring tight connections to prevent pump issues.
5. Select the appropriate nozzle or attachment (short nozzle for adjustable conical spray from jet to mist, or 18-inch extension wand for adjustable spray from jet to mist). Pull back the brass collar of the quick-connect fitting on the spray gun, insert the attachment, and push the fitting back into place.
6. Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position, disengage the handle lock (if necessary), and squeeze the trigger to begin spraying. It is normal for the pump to take a few seconds to build pressure and draw liquid initially.

Maintenance Features:

Proper maintenance is critical for extending the life and performance of the Shower MAX.

After Use:
1. Dispose of any extra product according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Rinse the spray tank with warm, soapy water.
3. Spray fresh water through the sprayer for 3-5 minutes to thoroughly clean out residual chemicals from the gun, wand, tank, pump, and hose. This prevents hardening of spray materials that can cause clogs.
4. Disconnect the coiled hose from the tank cap and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to empty all liquid from the hose and gun. Allow the hose to hang down to drain residual water.
5. Dry the sprayer tank and clean any buildup from the nozzle or wand attachment.
Storage:
1. Store the sprayer in a clean, cool, shaded location, protecting it from extreme heat or frost.
2. For long-term storage, regular discharging and charging of the battery (every 4 weeks) is recommended to maximize battery life. Never allow the battery to fully discharge.
General Precautions:
- Always wear protective clothing, respirator, gloves, and eye protection when using chemicals.
- Never spray flammable, caustic, acidic, chlorine, or other corrosive solutions, or heat/pressure/gas-producing chemicals.
