RECIPES
All drink recipes in this booklet use whole milk, which provides the most froth. You may
also substitute an equal amount of 2%, 1%, skim, almond, rice, or soy milk for any recipe.
Follow these basic instructions for all recipes listed below, special
instructions may apply.
Add ingredients to the Cocoa Crazy and press the “ON” switch. Wait for the Cocoa
Crazy to automatically shut off, then serve. Do not use more than 21 oz. liquid in
any recipe.
HOT CHOCOLATE
BASIC COCOA
2 cups Milk
5 tsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder**
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
For flavored hot cocoa try adding 1 to
1½ tbsp vanilla, mint, caramel,
butterscotch, almond, raspberry,
strawberry, or orange syrup to taste.
**You may substitute sugar and
cocoa powder with 4 tbsp. of
chocolate syrup.
CREAMY COCOA
2 cups Milk
2 heaping tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
powder**
2 tsp. Sugar**
¼ cup Half-and-half
Whipping cream
Chocolate powder or chocolate
shavings (optional)
Top with whipping cream and
sweetened chocolate powder or
chocolate shavings, if desired. **You
may substitute sugar and cocoa
powder with 5 tbsp. of chocolate
syrup.
CHOCOLATE MINT
2 cups Milk
3 tbsp. Mint syrup or crème de menthe
2 heaping tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
powder**
4 tsp. Sugar**
Whipping cream
Top with whipping cream. **You
may substitute sugar and cocoa
powder with 4 tbsp. of chocolate
syrup.
HONEY COCOA
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp. Honey
2 heaping tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
powder
¼ tsp. Ground cinnamon
IRISH CHOCOLATE
1¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Heavy cream
¼ cup Alcoholic Irish Cream of choice
¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup Sugar**
GOURMET COCOA DELUXE
1½ cups Milk
½ cup Half-and-half
3 oz. Grated or finely chopped
bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp. Vanilla
MEXICAN HOT COCOA
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp. Hot cocoa mix**
2 tbsp. Sugar**
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
**You may substitute sugar and
cocoa powder with 4 tbsp. of
chocolate syrup.
HOT SPICED COCOA
1½ cups Milk
½ cup Half-and-half
2 heaping tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. Brown sugar
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. Ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. Ground cloves
WHITE CHOCOLATE COCOA
2 cups Milk
½ cup Half-and-half
3 oz. Grated or finely chopped white
chocolate
½ tsp. Vanilla
