VERMICULITEFIREBRICK INSTALLATION SEQUENCE – WESTFIREUNIQ 37
Place rear brick
and side bricks in
position making
sure side brick fits
behind location
lugs at top of side
windows.
Place front side
bricks into postion,
place side brick
into groove at front
edge of the stove.
Place front and rear
base brick Front
front brick has a
chamfer which
fraces towards
door glass.
Fit 2 x steel pins
in upper holes, fit
baffle plate below
pins fitted and
resting on rear
brick, Fit 2 x more
steel pins to support
baffle plate.
Place Top baffle in
posirion against L
shaped lugs leaving
5cm gap at rear of
stove.
Ensure side brick
sits behind location
holder.
Fit base right and
left bricks, place
grate support in
central position.
Fit cast iron
base grate.
Fit Lower baffle
brick and support
with 2 x steel pins
in lower holes in
side brick.
Fit log retaining bars (12)
