STORING BEVERAGES AND FOOD
Food should be stored in appropriate packages,
such as plastic containers with airtight lids.
This avoids the loss of the natural moisture of
the food, maintaining its quality.
Do not place hot foods in the refrigerator or free-
zer. Wait until room temperature is reached. This
helps to prevent an increase in energy consump-
tion and guarantees the proper performance of
the product.
Seek to open doors only as long as necessary to
place and remove food and beverages. This way
you will be reducing energy consumption and
improving the performance of your refrigerator.
WARNING
Food to be frozen should not be placed in direct contact with foods that are
only stored and if daily freezing is anticipated, it may be necessary to reduce
the amount to be frozen.
Effervescent beverages should not be stored in low-temperature compart-
ments.
Some products such as ice particles should not be consumed too cold.
Do not exceed the storage time recommended by food manufacturers.
IMPORTANT:
It is recommended to keep the refrigerator operating for at least 2 hours
before using it. It is the necessary time for product stabilization.
It the food is thawed, it should not be frozen again because it may lose it’s
natural properties.
Liquids increase in volume when frozen. So be careful when storing
bottles or other closed containers in the freezer and Quick Cooling com-
partment. These containers may break.
Do not store toxic products in your refrigerator as they can contaminate
food.
Your refrigerator is not suitable for storing medicines.
