What to do if my Whisper Power Camera Accessories Lithium Power Plus battery cannot be charged / discharged?

If your Lithium Power Plus battery cannot be charged or discharged, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The battery may have been deeply discharged, causing the BMS to enter a “fault condition.” To resolve this, disconnect all loads, connect a charger to the battery and then press the reset button on the WIB/BCI for at least 10-15 seconds. 2. The battery may have been overcharged, also resulting in a “fault condition.” Stop charging the battery and press the reset button on the WIB / BCI for at least 10-15 seconds. 3. The battery may have overheated, triggering a “fault condition.” In this case, stop charging the battery, disconnect all loads, allow the battery to cool down, and then press the reset button on the WIB / BCI for at least 10-15 seconds.
