JOYSTICK LIMITED WARRANTY
WICO CORPORATION warrants to the original consumer purchaser of
this joystick that it will be free from defects in materials and workman
ship for one year from the date of purchaser If this joystick is discovered
to be defective within the warranty period, WICO will, at its option, repair
or replace, at no charge, any part which WICO determines is defective.
To obtain warranty services during the warranty period, send the joystick,
postage prepaid, with a check or money order for $3.00 to cover
handling, and proof of date of purchase, to:

This warranty is limited to the mechanical parts and the housing of the
joystick mechanism. It does not cover normal wear and tear and is not
applicable and shall be void if WICO determines that the defect has
arisen through, or the joystick shows signs of abuse, misuse, negligence,
excessive wear, modifications or tampering. Under these conditions,
you must pay for all parts and all labor charges for services performed
in connection with repair or replacement of the joystick.
WICO will inform you of these charges and will repair the joystick
after receipt of payment.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY
IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. WICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF
ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS JOYSTICK. EXCEPT
TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ON THIS JOYSTICK IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
This limited warranty applies only to buyers who buy and use this
product within the Continental United States or its possessions. On
products sold outside the United States or its possessions, this product
is sold as is.

Joystick (#15-9714).
