Standard Equipment and Components Description

Recovery Compressor

Unit features an oil-less compressor: single piston for EASYREC 1R, double for EASYREC 2R.

Filter

The filter has two 1/4 SAE male connections and includes a hose for easier connection.

Pressure Gauges

Equipped with two Ø60mm gauges on suction and discharge lines for pressure monitoring.

Refrigerant Recovery from the HVAC or A;C System

Refrigerant Recovery

Connect unit with flexible hoses, ensure V4 valve is on 'Recovery', turn INPUT valve closed, OUTPUT open.

Refrigerant Recovery;Recycling

Ensure V4 valve is on 'Recovery/Recycling', turn INPUT valve closed, OUTPUT open.

Self Purge Method

Self-Purge Method

Turn INPUT valve closed, OUTPUT open, press START, slowly turn INPUT to 'PURGE' until stop.

Refrigerant Transfer with Push-Pull Method

Refrigerant Transfer

Connect unit, ensure V4 valve is on 'Recovery', operate system to pump liquid, then vapor.

Ordinary Maintenance

Required Material

Required materials include standard and high capacity drier filters and gaskets.

Periodical Operations for Ordinary Maintenance

Replace gaskets when worn and filters regularly or when changing refrigerants.
