1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cardamom
Wisk the butter and sugar until they are white. Gradually add some of the
whisked eggs, sifted flour and baking powder in turn and repeat.
Add the cardamom at the end. Use a spoon to ladle the batter into the pastry
iron and cook them until they are light brown.
Cleaning
• Always pull out the plug before any cleaning operation and allow the
appliance to cool down.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or hold it under running water.
• Wipe down the casing with a moist cloth only.
• Clean the hotplates after they have cooled down with a moist cloth or with
a very soft brush.
• Never use sharp or pointed objects or any abrasive cleaning agents for
cleaning purposes.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.

WEEE should be separately collected and treated. If at any time in future you
need to dispose of this product please do NOT dispose of this product with
