  If the Will Burt Racks & Stands actuator isn't working, start by checking the circuit board for blown fuses FU1 or FU2. This is indicated if no status LEDs are lit on the control board. Also, verify the MAST UP/DOWN switch in the remote Operator Station; if defective, neither the “UP INPUT” nor the “DOWN INPUT” status LEDs will light when activated. If neither of these steps resolves the issue, the actuator itself may be defective, and you should contact Customer Service.

  If the Will Burt Racks & Stands actuator isn't functioning correctly when moving DOWN, check the magnetic (MAST RETRACTED) limit switch for misadjustment or defects; the “NOT 90 DEG.” Status LED should be lit. Also, verify the MAST DOWN switch in the remote Operator Station; if it's defective, the “DOWN INPUT” status LED won't light when activated.
