Check the connections between the Flange, Flextube™, and Milk Bag to ensure they are secure. 2. Visually inspect these parts for damage and replace if needed. 3. Confirm the power is on and the battery has sufficient charge. 4. Press the pump securely against your breast. Note that suction level adjustments are only possible during the Expression phase.

Realign the fully assembled Willow. * You may also separate the Pump from the Flange to realign. To do this, perform Flip to Finish before realigning. Then, center your nipple in the Flange Tunnel and bring the Pump to your breast.
