10 Faults, causes and remedies
If the operating fault cannot be remedied, please
consult a specialist or the nearest after-sales
service point or representative.
11 Spare parts
Spare parts may be ordered via local specialists
and/or the after-sales service department.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data
on the name plate should be submitted for
each order.
Fault Cause Remedy
Pump will not start No voltage Check the wires and fuses, or switch the circuit breakers
in the distribution station back on
Rotor is blocked Clean the housing and impeller, if still blocked replace the
pump
Fuses, capacitor
defective (1~)
Replace fuses, capacitor
Cable rupture Check cable resistance. If necessary, change the cable.
Only use original special cable!
Safety switches thrown
Water in the motor chamber Contact after-sales service
Foreign objects in the pump, thermal
winding contact triggered
Switch off the system and prevent it from being switched
on again, lift the pump out of the pit,
remove the foreign objects.
Pump has no power Pump sucking air because the fluid
level has dropped too far
Check the function/setting of the level control
Pressure pipe plugged Detach the pipe and clean it
