If your WilTec Pond Pump isn't running, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the pump is receiving power by connecting it to a power source. If the motor seems to be burning out, it may be time to replace the pump. An impeller stall could also be the culprit; in this case, try cleaning the impeller and reconnecting the power. If the pump runs without water, fill it with water before reconnecting it to the power. Also, check the connection with the controller unit or replace the controller if it is damaged.
