al carefully and make sure that you understand it.

Safety instructions
WARNING:
The use of this device is only permitted if a residual-current circuit breaker with a nominal trip current
of no more than 30 mA is installed (according to VDE 0100 part 702 and 738).
This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or
mental abilities, deficient experience and/or deficient know-how, unless they are supervised or in-
structed on the correct use by a person, responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
CAUTION:
• Undertake a visual inspection before every operation. Do not use the device if the safety ap-
pliances are damaged or worn out. Never disable safety appliances.
• Only use this device for the intended purpose specified in this operating manual.
• You are responsible for safety in the work area.
• A damaged cord or plug must not be repaired, but replaced. The replacement may only be
carried out by a qualified electrician.
• The existing mains voltage must correspond to the voltage specified on the type plate of the
device (230 V AC).
• Never lift, carry, or fix the device by using its power cord.
• Make sure to place the electrical plug connections in a flood-proof, moisture-proof area.
• Disconnect the power plug from the mains before every operation.
• Do not expose the device to direct water jets or rain.
• You are responsible for the compliance with local safety and installation regulations. In case of
doubt, consult a qualified electrician.
• In case of malfunction, any repair work may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
• Read all safety information and instructions. Non-compliance with these instructions can lead
to electric shocks, fire, and/or severe injuries.
