If your Winbest Metal Detector is producing false signals, there are several potential causes. First, the sensitivity might be set too high, or there could be environmental electromagnetic interference; try reducing the sensitivity. Ensure that the five-pin cable is securely connected by re-plugging it properly. A dead battery can also cause this issue, so replace the batteries. Also, make sure you are sweeping the search coil slowly and holding the detector correctly. If you are using multiple detectors, keep them at least 6 meters (20 feet) apart.
