Congratulations on owning this ne WINCO Rice Warmer!
Please kindly take a moment to read through the following important information.
Operation
1. Wipe the inner pan and the inner lid clean and dry. Place the pan in the warmer
and cover the lid properly.
2. Plug into wall outlet and pre-heat the warmer for 15-30 minutes before use. When the
warmer is thoroughly warmed, put cooked rice in the pan.
3. The lid should be closed rmly and properly. Do not leave a spatula, spoon or any foreign
material in the warmer while in use.
4. The warmer will keep cooked rice warm only if the rice that is put into the pan is already hot.
Please do not attempt to use the warmer for re-heating cooked cold rice, soup or water.
5. It is not recommended to keep the contents in the warmer for more than 12 hours.
6. Do not unplug the cord while in use and make sure electric power supply is constant.
7. If rice quality is less than desired, double check above guidelines are followed. The most
common cause of dry rice or yellowish color is due to over extended kept warm period.

will coordinate the warranty servicing needs. For general questions or information about

Cleaning
1. Only use soft cloth or sponge - anything more abrasive will damage the surface.
Do not use abrasive powder or steel wool for cleaning the lid or the inner pan. It will cause
damage to the surface.
2. Be sure to unplug the power cord and wait till the outer body has cooled o.
3. Grains of rice or other foreign matter must be removed to ensure full contact of inner pan
with heating surface.
4. Do not immerse the rice warmer, except the inner pan and the inner lid, into water.
5. Remove the inner pan and inner lid, dip them into luke warm water or clean them with
mild detergent and rinse completely; dry with soft cloth.
