If your Wine Cell'R Wine Cooler is not working, first check if it's properly plugged into the outlet. Ensure that the unit is turned ON. Also, inspect the circuit to see if it's closed or if a fuse has blown. It's recommended that the wine cooler be the only device plugged into the outlet, ideally on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.
