On pavements, pedestrian areas, buildings or any other
places where pedestrians are allowed, you must hold your
scooter next to you when moving around.
Check with your local authorities for any traffic restrictions
Ensure that you respect the road markings, signs and traffic
regulations. Give way to pedestrians when riding your scooter.
You can use the bell to signal your presence to other users.
When riding alongside other people, keep a safe distance of
at least 6 metres between each person to reduce the risk of
collision.
Adapt your speed (and safety distance) to your surroundings
so that you can stop your scooter at any time.
Do not start or stop abruptly.
Make sure you are always visible to everyone. At night or as
soon as the light decreases, turn on your headlight, your rear
light, wear a safety jacket (or other retro-reflective equipment)
When using your scooter, always keep your hands on the
handlebars. It is prohibited to use a smartphone or any other
object while riding. It is prohibited to use headphones or
earphones.
It is prohibited for more than one person to ride the same
scooter.
