To unfold the scooter:
Release the stem hook from the deck loop to unfold the scooter.
(D) Reassemble the stem, making sure to hold the pivot locking mechanism
in the down position so that the stem can properly lock in the unfolded
position.
Then lock the unfolding by folding the swivel mechanism counterclockwise
until you hear an audible “click” (E)
Remember to always unfold the kickstand and park it on level ground when the
scooter is not in use in order to maintain its balance and avoid damage or injury
caused by a fall.
The swivel hook on the stem allows you to hold the scooter in the folded position
