The warranty does not cover the product or its accessories if it has been
disassembled or modified in any way.
The warranty does not cover any product not identifiable by its serial number. If
elements have been removed, erased, modified or made illegible, the warranty
does not apply.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product following exposure to
humidity, extreme heat or cold conditions, corrosion, oxidation, or any liquid
whatsoever.
The warranty does not cover any deformation, damage or breakage of the main
frame following a sudden fall, excessive overload or repeated shocks.
The warranty does not cover any forgetting or error in handling the unlocking
code..
In any event, the legal guarantee for hidden defects will apply in accordance with
articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code and L.211-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code..
