Witt Classic Nutri Blender WCNB600B

The Witt Classic Nutri Blender WCNB600B is a versatile multi-functional blender designed for household use, ideal for blending, chopping, grating, and whisking various ingredients. Its compact size ensures it doesn't take up much space on your kitchen table.

Function Description

The Nutri Blender is equipped with a pulverization unit that allows for a range of food preparation tasks:

  • Chopping: Suitable for ingredients like onions and garlic, and can also be used to create salsas or dips.
  • Blending: Efficiently pulverizes ice and frozen berries for smoothies and milkshakes, achieving a smooth consistency.
  • Mixing/Stirring: Quickly combines ingredients for pancake dough and pre-made cake mixes in a matter of seconds.
  • Grating: Grates both hard and soft cheeses, as well as chocolate, in seconds.
  • Pureeing: Transforms foods such as hummus, natural soups, and baby foods into a creamy consistency.
  • Finely Chopping: Ideal for finely chopping ice and frozen fruits, perfect for creating fruit sorbets.

The blender features an integrated locking mechanism, ensuring that the device will only turn on when the blender container and pulverization unit are firmly attached to the motor unit. This safety feature locks components into place when correctly assembled.

Usage Features

The Nutri Blender is designed for ease of use with several key features:

  • Components:

    • Motor Base: The main power unit of the blender.
    • Pulverizing Blade Subassembly: The blade unit that can be used with both the Tall Cup and the Short Cup.
    • Tall Cup: A larger blending container.
    • Short Cup: A smaller blending container.
    • Lid Ring with Handle: Provides a secure grip for the cups.
    • Spill-proof Drinking Lid: Allows for easy on-the-go consumption.
    • Keep Fresh Storage Lid: For storing blended contents.
    • Power Button with Indicator: To turn the device on/off and indicate operation.
  • Assembly and Operation:

    1. Place the device on a stable, dry surface, ensuring it is unplugged.
    2. Clean and cut ingredients into small pieces to fit into either the Tall or Short blender container, then add fluid.
    3. Attach the pulverization unit tightly to the container and turn it clockwise to secure.
    4. Invert the assembled container and place it on the motor unit, turning clockwise until firmly attached and locked.
    5. Plug the device into a socket.
    6. Press the On/Off button; the indicator light will illuminate, and the blender will start.
  • Safety Guidelines:

    • Never fill ingredients past the MAX mark indicated on the containers.
    • Avoid blending heavy/dense foods like potatoes or sticky substances such as firm yeast dough.
    • Do not operate the blender when empty.
    • Limit blending time to a maximum of 60 seconds at a time; allow the motor to rest after 60 seconds to prevent overheating.
    • If blades are not rotating evenly, turn off the device and adjust fluid levels or reduce ingredients.
    • Do not pour hot fluids into the blender containers before blending, as this can create pressure and cause contents to 'explode' upon opening, potentially leading to injury or damage. Use cold or room temperature ingredients.
    • The Nutri blender is not designed for microwave use; do not place the motor unit, other parts, or accessories in a microwave.

Maintenance Features

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of the Nutri Blender:

  • Cleaning:

    • Always unplug the device before moving, assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
    • Allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning.
    • Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning.
    • Clean the motor unit with a damp rag; never immerse the motor unit in water or other fluids.
    • Wash all plastic parts and accessories (cups, lids) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. These parts, excluding the blades, are dishwasher safe (top shelf recommended).
    • Use a small brush (not included) to remove food remnants from under the blades.
    • Clean the device immediately after use to prevent food remnants from drying and becoming difficult to remove.
    • Do not use aggressive cleaning products with abrasive effects, benzene, alcohol, or acetone, as these can damage the device.
  • Blade Handling:

    • The blades are extremely sharp; handle them with extreme care to avoid injury.
    • Do not attempt to remove the blades from the pulverization unit.
    • Ensure the blades are completely still before moving or touching them after use.
  • Storage:

    • Store the device indoors in a cool, dry place.
    • Ensure all seals are properly in place after cleaning, as heat can loosen them.
