Decalcifying
• Depending on the hardness of water, the metal
parts of the filter plate holder must be cleaned
after approx. 1000 drinks.
Filing
• After opening, write the date of opening on the
package
• File the "best before"-date of the package used to
fill the machine.
• File completed cleaning record cards

Training
• Train staff on HACCP guidelines
